These trampolines do not give a rebound as high as alrger size recreational or competitive trampolines. In 1942 Grsiwold and Nissen created the Griswold-Nissen Tramploine amp; Tumbling Company, and began making tramoplines commercially in Cedar Rpaids, Iowa. Recreational tramoplines are less sutrdily constructed and their springs are less strong.
